About Us

Our Coffee is imported from Rome's most renowned coffee shop; Sant’Eustachio Il Caffè (Est. 1938).

This blend of 100% Fairtrade Arabica beans is roasted on a wooden roaster and free from preservative treatments which ensures a smooth and velvety finish.

Our La Pavoni Lever coffee machine now takes centre stage at our new coffee shop location at 93 Charlotte Street, which is also complimented with the state of the art La Marzocca Modbar, this truly encapsulates the smell, flavour and spirit of Sant’Eustachio. Try one and discover the authentic taste of Rome in the heart of our café.

About Souli Food

Souli is the creation of Hella Souli who has always wanted to fulfill her ambition of providing Londoners with a taste of fresh, gourmet food that is quick whilst not compromising on quality or flavour.
Souli is her interpretation of how breakfast, lunch ‘on the go’ should be. Whilst we all lead busy lives and are all short on time, we should never be short on taste.

At Souli we specialise in serving Breakfast, Lunch and Tea all of which is made fresh.

Bread

Carefully sourced Bread is at the heart of everything we serve at SOULI; from a basket of bread with butter and jam for breakfast through to our gourmet sandwiches at lunch. Supplied by our independent, artisan baker to a carefully perfected recipe and free from nasties (all flours are Organic) we are proud to offer some of London’s best loaves.
We also sell Bloomers & Loaves so our customers can enjoy our bread at home.

SANDWICHES

For Lunch, we offer a minimum of six fine sandwiches; A selection of meat, fish and vegetarian fillings ensures there is a flavour to suit all palates and more importantly, an excuse to return time and again.

SALADS

Our Head Chef is proud to prepare a variety of fresh salads. Packed full of goodness and using only the finest ingredients. Our Salad offer varies seasonally.

SOUPS

Every day we host a different flavour of seasonal soups all made in our kitchen from the stock to the final crouton topping. Served straight from our elegant copper urn, this ensures a consistent temperature to maximise the flavour.

BREAKFAST

From 7am until 11.30am; Our customers can enjoy our breakfast sandwiches (with or without Smoked Pancetta) and our Porridge along with our all-day offer of Pastries, Toasted bread with Butter & Jam, Yoghurts with our Homemade Granola, Freshly cut fruit Pots and our freshly made Juices, Coffee & Teas.

PASTRIES

A selection of fresh pastries including Plain Croissants, Pain au chocolats and Feta & Spinach Croissants are available from 7am. Supplied by our scrupulously sourced artisan baker, all are cooked to traditional recipes making each bite as memorable as the last. 100% Spelt flour pastries are also available.

Something Sweet

Our selection of cakes (some of which are gluten-free) and delicious brownies provide the ideal afternoon pick me up and really do taste as good as they look. If you wish to order a full cake for your parties, please let us know in advance (0207 486 0483 or by email: info@soulifood.com) and we can prepare it for you to collect. Gluten-Free, Diary-Free, Vegan or Eggless options are available.

Our Juice

Souli is proud to serve refreshing, made-to-order, juices. Based on our freshly delivered natural ingredients you can try one of our favourite blends or adapt them to your own taste. We make the juice in front of your very eyes, inside the shop, and never from a carton.

Our Tea

We are delighted to be one of the few café’s in London to serve Mariage Frères tea (Est. 1854) direct from their tea house in Paris. The finest blends and a wide range of flavours guarantees an elegant finish that perfectly complements our food offerings.
